Online Growth Team SLU operates PulseBoard on a subscription basis. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase.

  • Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds

How to Request a Refund:

3. Service Nature

PulseBoard provides ongoing access to software services, analytics, and data processing. After the 14-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable due to the resources committed to providing continuous monitoring and anomaly detection.

Why limited refunds? Our service requires continuous server resources, data processing, and monitoring infrastructure that cannot be "returned" once consumed. The 14-day window allows you to evaluate the service while protecting the sustainability of our operations.

4. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through your account dashboard

  • No penalties apply for cancellation

When Cancellation Takes Effect:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You retain full access to the Service until the end of your paid period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Only in cases of extended service unavailability (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our technical failures, we may provide:

  • Service credit for the affected period
  • Extension of subscription period
  • Refunds are not automatically provided but may be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Billing Errors

Legitimate billing errors will be corrected and refunded, regardless of the 14-day window.

Requirements for billing error claims:

  • You must report billing errors within 60 days of the charge
  • Documentation may be required to process billing error refunds

7. Dispute Resolution

Please contact our support team before disputing charges with your payment provider. We will work to resolve billing issues directly when possible.

  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution
